Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that were delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested cosmetic products. 2. Non-Returnable Items Used or opened beauty products (including makeup, skincare, and personal care items). Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers. Products with missing packaging, broken seals, or any tampering. Customized or special-order items. 3.
