At Artistry Lounge, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that were delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested cosmetic products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened beauty products (including makeup, skincare, and personal care items).
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Products with missing packaging, broken seals, or any tampering.
Customized or special-order items.
3. Process for Returns & Exchanges
Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at [your email] or message us on our Facebook page within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return along with clear pictures of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
Approval & Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered in a defective or incorrect condition.
Inspection & Processing: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange or store credit (whichever applies) within 3-5 business days.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
We currently do not offer cash refunds.
If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit or an exchange for the same or equivalent product.
In case of unavailability, we may offer an alternative product or credit for future purchases.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues
If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, report it within 24 hours with unboxing pictures/videos as proof.
Delays in delivery caused by courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking your order.
