    Absolutely! We only deal in 100% authentic and high-quality cosmetic products. If we sell any copy products, they are clearly mentioned as copy products in the product description. We believe in transparency so our customers can make informed choices.

    Karachi: 1-3 business days Other cities: 3-7 business days Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we always try to ensure timely delivery.

    Yes, we have a 7-day return & exchange policy under the following conditions: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
